Is it possible to be positive?
We all know about having good days and bad days. The point I want to raise is if there is a way to control that, so a person has more good days than bad days. I think that it is possible and I wanted a place to talk about those things. Because being positive is not forcing oneself to look on the brightside of things, it begins in how a person thinks about things. It is the thinking of things which interests me. For example, our brains process millions, maybe billions, of bits of data each minute we are awake. Probably the argument is made that it happens at night too. The point is what influences those things, which helps us build conclusions to all the data we process. Once we have a clearer understanding of these things, then positive feelings will follow. I want to know if there are readers out there who think about these things, and want to discuss them. It is the processing man, not the results of our thinking!! What do you think?
